Engineering & Design

Acro Industries Engineering and Design team is ready to assist you with solutions at any level within your program. Acro Engineers have a very diverse background in all fields of manufacture and design and with a staff of around 12, you will have the support you require. We will work with you to determine the most cost-effective means of production while maintaining the functionality and quality level required. In addition, we can review any existing products and work with you to redesign them for greater efficiency, lower cost, and higher quality. Acro’s Design Team can also create drawings, concepts and possible prototypes for evaluation.

Acro uses the latest revision of CREO(PTC) for all concepts, designs, fixtures and tooling. All required tooling, gages or fixture are designed by Acro personnel and manufactured with the supervision from our Engineering department. We can accept many file types but mainly use CREO, Step, and DXF. For 2D drawings, we can except PDF, Tif or DXF. If you would like to use another file type, please inquire.

All projects will have an assigned Account Manager, Customer Support Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Planner. Depending on the size of the project, additional support may be allocated.
