Responsible for the quality of the product they produce and understand what productivity rates each job requires. Responsible for the proper in-process inspections up to and including SPC as required and their standard quality checks. Must follow work instructions and work orders (routers) to ensure that all customer and Acro requirements are met. Responsible to ensure that safe operation of tooling and equipment is understood and followed at all times. Must keep the work area safe and clean at all times. Responsible for accurate recording of paperwork for labor reporting purposes. Responsible for packaging parts in a safe and reasonable manner to move parts throughout the shop. Responsible for stopping the process if at any time they feel that the parts are not meeting the quality requirements or the process is not meeting the safety requirements. EDUCATION LEVEL: High School or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year experience in cosmetic grinding.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Normal production environment.• Safety glasses are required at all times in the manufacturing area.• Lubricants and sharp metals will be part of the normal operations.• Ability to lift, bend and twist repetitively as required for each job.• Clear or correct vision and a close distance and ability to read small print, numbers or measurement devices at a close distance.• Ability to push or pull above the shoulder and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.• Ability to lift 15 lbs. unassisted and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.• Will be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.• Normal work week is 40 hours with off-shift and weekend support as needed to assure work is completed in a timely fashion.• Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform their essential functions.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Experienced Tool Room Supervisor with solid experience/knowledge of both Standard and CNC Mills, Lathes, Surface Grinders, Dies and General Toolroom, and Tool and Die work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Position will provide leadership and motivation to small crew and require hands-on work opportunities. Candidate must possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing and welding is a bonus.
EDUCATION LEVEL: Has completed a formal apprenticeship program of at least four (4) years

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Weld metal components with a variety or arc and gas welding equipment to fabricate products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Certification in Tig and/or Mig is required in accordance to the applicable code based on customer requirements. The use of hand and power hand tools is required on certain jobs. Required to use measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers and indicators with height gages as required for each job.
